Our goal is to have zero call backs, but on occasion things do happen on a job site that require us to go back to a job we previously installed. Regardless of whether it was third party related or a manufacturing flaw, the homeowner wants it fixed and fixed fast!
For that reason, RiteWay has a dedicated staff of expert mechanics for each of the flooring products we install. If there is a problem on a job site, we have the know-how to resolve the issue and resolve it quickly.
